- What is prepros?
- prepros is a shoot production platform. A single workspace for creative teams to run brand shoots from start to finish. It brings moodboards, shotlists, call sheets, a production calendar, crew and location management, budgets, and documents together in one production operating system.
- Who is prepros for?
- prepros is built for solo creatives and content creators, creative agencies and production teams, and in-house brand teams. Anyone who plans and runs photo or video shoots and is tired of stitching the process together across a dozen disconnected tools.
- How much does prepros cost?
- prepros has three plans: Solo at $29/month for freelancers and solo creatives, Pro at $99/month for power users managing multiple productions, and Brand at $399/month for in-house teams coordinating multiple shoots and stakeholders. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes! You can start for free for 7 days and explore the platform before committing to a plan. No credit card needed. Head to the sign-up page to create your workspace.
- What can I do with prepros?
- You can build shareable moodboards, plan shotlists and lookbooks, generate professional call sheets, manage crew and locations, track budgets across projects, keep production documents organized, and collaborate with your whole team in real time.
- Does prepros replace my other tools?
- prepros is designed to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets, docs, and chat threads that most shoots live in today. Instead of twelve disconnected tools, your whole production lives in one connected workspace.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up?
- No. You can sign up for a free trial without providing credit card details. When you're ready to subscribe, add your billing details via our payment provider Stripe to get full access.
- How do I get support?
- You can reach the team through our contact page or by emailing hello@prepros.co. If you already have an account, you can also send us details directly from your workspace using in-app support.
