Shotlists
Attach resources to a shot
Make each shot self-contained — the crew, products, looks, and references it needs, one click away.
In prepros, a shot isn't just a row in a list, it's a hub. Attach the things each shot depends on, and they follow the shot everywhere it appears: in the shotlist, on the shoot-day timeline, and on shared views.
Attach a resource
- Open a shot and choose Add resource.
- Search for what you need. The picker covers crew, products, props, gear, locations, styling looks, moodboards, documents, and more.
- Selected people and items show on the shot; page-style resources (like a moodboard or callsheet) attach as links that open in one click.
Tip
Attach the styling look and the model (from your crew) to each shot. The stylist opens the shot and has everything: reference, garments, and who's wearing them.
Where attachments show up
- On the shotlist — every shot carries its own kit, so nothing lives in someone's head.
- On the timeline — when a shot is scheduled into a time block, its crew appear as avatars and other resources as chips; tap one to open it.
- On shared views — outside viewers see the attachments that are safe to show (private notes and contact details stay hidden).
Keep it structured
Shots also carry their own fields—type, photo/video, format, location, notes, and a status from pending through completed—so filtering "all video shots at Location B still pending" is a two-click view.
