The workspace
Your workspace is the home for your whole team and every production you run.
A workspace holds everything your studio, brand, or agency makes in prepros — every production, every person, and the settings that apply across them.
What is in a workspace
The workspace is the top level. Under it sit all your productions, your full team, your crew roster, and billing. Most teams have a single workspace; on the Brand plan, larger organizations sometimes run one per brand or region.
Members & access
People are invited to the workspace once, then added to the productions they work on. Their role controls what they can see and change — from full admin access down to a single shoot.
Tip
Freelancers only need access to the productions they are on — add them per production rather than to the whole workspace.
Workspace settings
Workspace settings cover your team, default access for new productions, and billing. Only Owners and Admins can change them.
