Track products, props, and gear
Everything the shoot needs, with a status, its files, and the shots it belongs to.
prepros gives you three trackers that work the same way: Products (what you're shooting), Props (what dresses the set), and Gear (what you bring). List it, track its status, link it to shots.
Products
Add each product with the item name, company/brand, variant, and quantity. Track status from pending → acquired → delivered, keep the product's link and notes on the record, and attach an image plus files: spec sheets, reference photos (up to ~20 per item).
Props and gear
- How you got it — Rent, Buy, Borrow, or Owned.
- What it cost — price and total per item.
Statuses run pending → confirmed → acquired → returned (a returned status closes the loop on rentals and borrows), and each item holds its vendor, external link, notes, and files like receipts and invoices.
Tip
Prop costs feed the production budget, so the props list and the numbers stay in agreement.
Link and share
Attach any product, prop, or gear item to the shots that need it. On the day, the shot itself answers "what do we need for this one?"
