Manage seats
Give collaborators full access to your Brand workspace with seats. Included with your plan, expandable when the team grows.
On the Brand plan, your subscription includes 5 collaborator seats. A seat gives someone their own prepros login with access to your team's productions. You carry the subscription, they just work.
Invite someone to a seat
- Go to Settings → Seats.
- Enter their email to send a seat invitation.
- When they accept, they take up one of your seats and can be added to teams and productions like any member.
Pending invitations are listed alongside active seats, so you always know how many are spoken for.
Add or free up seats
- Capacity shows how many seats you're using out of how many you have.
- Need more? Purchase additional seats from the same screen. Extra seats are billed per seat on your subscription.
- Revoke a seat to free it up; the person loses access to your team's productions, and the seat becomes available for someone else.
Tip
Seats are for regular collaborators. For a one-off freelancer, a production invite or a share link is usually enough. Save your seats for the people in every shoot.
Notes
- Solo and Pro plans don't include seat management. Upgrading to Brand unlocks it.
- If your subscription lapses, seat access pauses with it and resumes when billing is restored.
