Invite your crew
Bring your team into the production, give everyone the right access, and get the call sheet in their hands.
Production is a team sport. Inviting your crew into prepros means everyone works from the same plan — no more forwarding the latest version of a doc.
Invite people
Invite crew by email from the production or your workspace settings. They'll get a link to join and can be added to as many productions as they work on.
- Open People on the production or workspace.
- Enter email addresses — one, or a whole list.
- Choose a role for each person, then send the invites.
Assign roles
Roles decide what each person sees and can change. Producers get the full picture; photographers and stylists get the shots and looks relevant to them. See Roles & permissions for the full breakdown.
Tip
Invite freelancers to just their production — they see what they need for the shoot without access to the rest of the workspace.
Share the call sheet
Once the schedule and locations are set, generate the call sheet and share a link. Everyone always sees the latest version, so a change never means re-sending a PDF.
