Plan with the calendar

The production calendar holds your events (shoot days, deadlines, milestones) and automatically shows your location days as colored bands, so scheduling conflicts surface while they're still cheap to fix.

Create events

1. Open the calendar in month, week, or day view.
2. Create an event, or just drag on the grid to block out its time.
3. Give it a title, a category (Product, Project, or Team, each with its own color), a description, and a location: link one of your production's locations, or type a one-off address.
4. Add participants. They get an in-app notification when assigned.

See what's already committed

• Location days band across the calendar automatically, color-keyed to each location's status (scouting hold vs. confirmed booking read differently at a glance). Toggle them off when you want events only.

On the Pro and Brand plans, the team calendar aggregates events across productions. One view of everything your team has committed to.
