Call sheets

Collect RSVPs for a callsheet

Share your callsheet and know exactly who's confirmed for shoot day, including people who don't have a prepros account.

A callsheet is only useful if people have seen it. When you share one, prepros can ask every viewer "Will you be on set?" and collect the answers for you.

Turn on RSVPs

  1. Open the callsheet and choose Share.
  2. Toggle Collect RSVPs on the share link.
  3. Set a password, expiry, or view limit if you want tighter control, then send the link.

Viewers answer I'll be there, Maybe, or Can't make it, with an optional note ("landing at 2pm, straight to set"). People signed into prepros respond under their own name; guests just type theirs, no account needed, and can come back to change their answer.

See who's coming

Open the Responses tab on the callsheet's share settings to see every answer grouped by status, with counts and guest responses flagged. Responses from all of the callsheet's links are collected in one place.

Tip

RSVPs don't send invitations. Anyone with the link can respond. Send the link through your usual channel (text, email, WhatsApp) and let the responses collect themselves.
