Crew

Use the team roster

Keep the crew you work with regularly at the team level, and stop rebuilding your contact list for every shoot.

Crew in prepros lives at two levels: production crew (the people on this shoot) and the Roster: a team-wide list of the photographers, stylists, assistants, and fixers you keep coming back to. The Roster is available on the Pro and Brand plans.

Build the roster

  1. Open Roster from your team's navigation.
  2. Add the people you work with repeatedly—same fields as production crew: name, role, contacts, location, fee, notes, availability, and a headshot.

Roster vs. production crew

  • Roster — your team's bench. Not tied to any shoot.
  • Production crew — who's on this production, with availability tracked per shoot (available → pending → confirmed).
  • One-off freelancers can live only on their production; regulars belong on the roster.

Where crew shows up

Crew members attach to callsheets, appear on shots as avatars, can be assigned as the model on a styling look, and their fees roll into the budget. Add someone once, and they're everywhere the shoot needs them.
