Call sheets
Create a call sheet
Build the one document the whole crew reads, assembled from the production you already planned, shared as a link that never goes stale.
The call sheet pulls together everything the day needs: when to arrive, where to go, who's on, and what's happening. In prepros you assemble it from pieces that already exist on your production instead of retyping them.
Build the sheet
- Create a callsheet on your production: title, a short description of the day, the shoot date, and the call time.
- Link your timeline: the day's schedule renders on the sheet block by block, shots and all. Update the timeline and the sheet follows.
- Assign crew from the production. Each person appears with their name, role, and headshot.
- Add locations. Address, parking, and load-in notes come along automatically.
Tip
One call time per sheet. For staggered days, make a sheet per unit or per day.
Share it
Share the callsheet as a link: public or password-protected, with an optional expiry. Everyone always sees the latest version, so a change never means re-sending anything.
Turn on Collect RSVPs when you share and crew can confirm for the day right from the link — see Collect RSVPs for a callsheet.
Keep it current
Callsheets have grid and table views with search and sorting by date or call time. When plans move, edit once. The linked schedule, crew, and location details stay attached to the production they came from.
